YT175 exhaust question.

Had to get a stock one used for my tri-moto project. Got it wheel brushed and painted. I have been doing a search to find info on un bolting the to hex head bolts on it but am afraid that What ever comes out wont be able to go back in............any info on what is in there? and is it able to be replaced if taken out for cleaning/de-rusting? I don't mean the baffle that comes off the tail end. I'd like to make sure it is right on the inside before using it. I'm sure someone here has been through this. Thanks.

My question would be if you shake the exhaust around, do you hear a bunch of stuff rattling around inside? If not, I'd just leave it alone. Keep your eyes open for an nos bassani for the 175, they are still out there.

i do hear stuff that i assume is rust flakes and or trash that wont come out..................

When my bassani arrives, I can hook you up with my really nice used exhaust. Don't have a picture of it right now, it's across town. I've never taken one apart to clean the insides out, not with a 2 stroker anyway.
