Need some quick help! Buying Trike

I want to buy this 200x the guy says this-

"It won't start now and don't know why, possibly a fouled spark plug. When it did run it would bog with lots of throttle and puffed a lot of blue smoke, possibly needs a new ring. The clutch cable is almost cut in half, but still kinda works, its a $20 part, never got to change it. The bike is great for parts though, or to fix it up if you have the know how and the time. Just looking to move on to bigger and better things. Tires are good, but the back ones are flat track tires, and also had an extended back axle."

It is for 400 bucks! Some pics.

What do you think the problem is? How hard/expensive do you think it will be to fix?

Problem could be anything from a dirty plug to a bad coil or CDI to no compression.

You wont know till you get it and check it out.

if you get it and part it out i want the rear fenders and grab bar look at my avatar i need them. went riding sunday think i got just as much mud on my back as i did anywhere.lol

Non-running... And when it does it smokes and runs rough... I'd offer half of what hes asking. You can find a decent runner with less rust for 5-700$. Just my 2 cents.

i emailed that kid about it, hes like 14 or something, i wanted the axle and tires, but what i think is that the special "cold air intake crap" hes got on there is making a bad bog situation, or it could be rings or valves too. i would pick it up for less than he is asking, it needs lots of love...
