i found a nice 250r on craigslist if anyone is interested and a ? for all of you i am going to need a new top end so if anyone has a top end for an 83-84 that isent bored to the max let me know but i have been thinking of geting a 300 kit i know it comes with a new jug but do i need to do anything to the bottem half and where can i find one for my year

You don't need anything for your bottom end as long as it's solid. If you are unsure of anything like bottom end bearing crank bearings and seals take care of that stuff first though. Here is a link for a complete hondaline 300cc big bore kit for the air coolers. It's a little pricey but it's all there.

there is no link to rebild my old top half it is going to be around 400 with everything
