    Any options for 86 250r rear caliper?

    Mine is totally ruined, so I need a good working replacement. Is there any other rear calipers that will work on a 86 250r?

    I think the cr80 will, but i am not sure.

    I've been wondering if a 450R rear caliper would work. Seems like it would since people are swapping swingarms. Never looked at one personally though. Anybody try that yet?

    I've heard of people using CBR front calipers on the rear of there are R

    newer yzf calipers almost bolt right on...just a little fileing

    90s......89 Suzuki quad racer 250 (raced 250 A class for 6 years, late 90s.. custom framed 250x with long travel shocks and a built 350x motor.... built Honda 110
    00s...... chomeoly framed 350 RX with all the goodies (thanks to my bro)
    2012.....Replaced the 350x motor for a 444cc YZ426

    i beleive they are the same....this is the front caliper off the yami
    80s......185 atc, Yamaha tri-moto 200, 85 200x with tons of work

    The 350X has a different (single piston) caliper. I don't know if it will physically bolt up though. After comparing an 86 250R and 2005 TRX450R side by side in my buddy's basement, I'd bet money on the 450 caliper bolting on. The bolt pattern where it bolts to the bracket that comes off the carrier is the same.

    Reviving an old thread here :-) what year yfz caliper is that and which front, left or right. Will the factory master cylinder still work with the pressure ?
