well as john said i got 2nd in the modified class, the old man didnt place but he was running good. it was the best i've seen his 500 run so far. His main problem was keeping the front wheel on the ground, traction was so good a few times i even had trouble keeping the front end down with a +12 swinger.

next race is july 13th...BE THERE

that tecate is no joke matt, he's got about a 7 over swingarm and he can do a wheelie about anywhere he wants as he's going down the track. he is the guy that beat me both times. the first time i wheelied BAD out of the hole and lost by 5-6 lengths, the 2nd time i thought i had a good holeshot but i couldnt catch him and lost by about 1-2 lengths

Dale we can't make it for this one but we will try for the one in August. I would love to see what 1upfront could do against that Tecate. When he can keep the front down on that thing it hauls ash.

Yep, was an awesome day of racing. Think i counted 11-12 trikes in all. Not to bad imo..... Met some new people, and always nice to see familiar faces. Oh, and for the record, Dales Tiger 500 is really running strong. I was really happy to see it running so well. Lets do it again next month, and represent trikes. People up there love em......................

Looks like you fellas had a good day of racing. We had a good one too but Hartley had the only trike there. All of those banshee guys where we raced kept asking him if it was a 500. I think that they were trying to get him bumped up to the next class. The funny thing is that the 300 is actually only at 295cc's. The only rules in that class are 2stroke 350cc or less stock frame and no nitrous.

On another note Three Rivers is 280 miles from us, a five hour drive. I hope gas prices go down a few dollars by August.
