    Carb leaking fuel

A new carb and the battle continues. Took the 200S for 2 rides over the weekend ran great but on the way home i ran outta gas so i refilled then i noticed wen i turned my fuel back on it was leaking out of the overflow. Does anyone know what could be done to correct this. The bike still starts and runs great.

If it's leaking out the overflow, the float needle & seat aren't shutting off the fuel. Could just be a piece of debris holding the needle off the seat. Last time I encountered that, it was a small piece of dead grass, almost like a hair.

you pushed the float up to high now its starving for fuel on the topend. Just bend the small tab on the float down just a very small amount.

the OEM stock float is not adjustable, it has a plastic groove the needle slides into. I Just took apart the carb on my 200s two days ago.

I bent the main part of the float down slightly(The 2 things that look like a pair of lungs) I will go get some fuel 2moro and see how it goes with that

That should do it, just make VERY small adjustments at a time. If you bend it down(with the carb right side up) too far it'll bog at high rpm.
