Who else would tear their only trike apart a week before TF?

I just disassembled mine last night for some fresh paint. I also am adding a new graphics kit and seat cover. Nothing like waiting to the last minute. Who else is still tearing apart?

Honestly, I have no idea what possessed me to build the 200X and to try and build it so well. I think I'm partially insane because I really am not sleeping much at all and the anxiety is terrible. I wouldn't push myself to go that fast again, 2 months would be a bit better......

You kidding? I wouldn’t even ride the trike a week before TrikeFest so I wouldn’t break anything!

shii a teardown for a week is about nothin.

i had my R motorless, cases split, ripped down.
    everything was painted.
slammed the damn thing out overnight just so i would have something to go riding on the next day.

Ive had the thing apart so many times it aint funny.

once i had the motor assembled, in frame, put together, riding, out of frame and back apart cause i forgot a damn crank seal, back together and running in about 11-12 hours. god damnit that day sucked something horrible.

but no, i wouldnt tear into it for the hell of it this close, because whenever you are going for a quick fix, you got 2 wait 2 weeks for a backordered part, or you break something and cant get it for a week. if im not in a hurry, it all seems to work out though.

Hats off to you crazy f*&kers!
