what does the little black box do on the wiring harness? if anyone has a extra wiring harness let me know mine got burned up bad down to the gromet where it goes ito the motor any help would be great!!

there is no black box on a 70,,, its just a plastic plug. the black wire goes from the motor to the coil and the kill switch ,, then the green wire from the kill switch to ground,,,, thats all there is,,,

oh i might be able to fix mine hen ill have to see about getting the wires un melted apart then
