We won ebay item number 310048387863 which as you can see is a BLACK headlight shroud, yet this moring a YELLOW one has arrived,

This means our trike will not be done in time for our local quad show!

Im not very happy about this does anyone know if this guy is a memeber on here??

Is he based in the UK or the States? Have you contacted him and told him to replace it? Hate when stuff like this happens

He is in the USA, This is the first problem ive ever had with anything from the states, i prefer to buy things normally from the USA rather that UK as the parts are always better.

But this has really fooked me off as the trike wont be ready now.

grave digger used to be a jam up member here, I just received some parts I won from him as well, but I also sent him an email asking how hes doing, and got no response.... I wounder if everything is ok up his way.

Im so pissed off about it, cos the guy wouldnt take paypal so it was a nightmare to pay him, in the end ATC-ERIC sent him a money order for me and i paid Eric by paypal and it gets here today and its wrong he knew it was black we needed cos we even asked him for black shrouds which he said he had and would list them up then when we won the headlight and asked why he didnt list the shrouds and asked if we could pay for them to be sent with the headlight he said he didnt have them.

Not impressed.

can you paint them? if it's plastic, they make plastic paint, if it's metal, then a quick beadblasting and repaint would do the trick.

Well if he dont get back to me and sort it out i will be leaving bad feedback.

As for painting it i wont do it cos it never stays on not using it on off road use cos one you get a chip the rest peels off.

I totally agree. DO NOT paint plastics. It takes no time for it to look like crap!

Sorry about your misfortunes. GOd I dont know what it is with people from jersey.. I've had nothing but problems doing business with folks from there both on here and ebay in the past.

Best thing to do if he wont cooperate is nail him with bad feedback. with ebays new polices I dont think he can leave retalitory feedback. Then post it up on here and .org to see if anyone would be willing to trade you for the color you want. Although IMO black goes good with most any color.

ya know people make mistakes he probly had both colors and mixed them up in the mail. it does suck but i dont think it was intentional
