    Question 84 Yamaha 225 Dx Clutch Trouble

    I have a question about the auto clutche for my trike. Is there any adjustment and if there is how do I do it? Any tips would be helpful. In 1st gear it wants to pop a wheelie and in 2nd it doesn't want to go at first then it takes off. I haven't been able to ride it much since I got it 2 weeks ago.

    On the right side, just in front of the oil filter cover, there is a 14mm locknut with a slotted screw sticking out of it.
    Loosen the locknut a bit, turn the screw CCW until you feel a bit of resistance, then turn it 1/8 turn CW, hold it there with the screwdriver and retighten the lock nut.
    A whole bunch of trikes.
