This is a very technical question, but are the OEM correct rear black # plates on the 85 86 250R a gloss black sticker or a flat black sticker. Does anyone know for sure?

They definitely weren't glossy, nor were they flat black. There was a little sheen them, kind of a semi-flat black, or matte black.
