sounds to me like a a sticky needle valve in your carb. take it apart and clean it througholy.

The swinger bolt can be a nitemare. (most of us guys have been there!) You can try soaking it in pb blaster or kroil.. but mostly likely it will have to be cut and or pressed out.

Those bolts can be hard to find. although I think someone here on the boards offers them new in stainless. that will be your best bet.

    Welcome to the forums...

duananonly - Probably going to have to cut that SOB out. I know its a daunting task. I had to do it on my tri-z. Get some really good grade bi-metal saw-zaw blades and go to town. Be careful not to cut into the frame. You can waste days upon days trying to beat, heat and penetrate oil that thing only to be disapointed.

Sometimes its easier to cut it out if the bike is flipped completely over as well.

As far as replacement swingarm bolts. Hit up Tritecate350 on the boards. He was machining some real nice ones.

I had that problem... on my rolling chasis...

I tried PB blaster and a 15lb sledge .... it just dented the frame in that are so I stopped.... NOT a good idea. Take the good advice adn cut it or soak it for days and try hitting it.... but not like a gorilla like I did, lol

If you havent cut that bolt out yet...DONT

I did, and I cant find a new one ANYWHERE.... it really blows...

Find a bolt BEFORE you cut the old one!!!

its probly turning the bearings as you turn the bolt
if you sledge it you will probly mushroom the threaded side and it wont go through the motor or frame

maybe a sawzall will b needed, then tap it out with a
can yo heat the frame with a torch with out damaging the engine?- it will expand it ,and let it go
