No reservoir and stiff as hell........ I am wondering if its a front unit off a trx or something.

The shock is stiff cause it looks like it is bolted up wrong. I believe where the shock is bolted is acutally a front mount for the "dog bone". What kind of frame is that? 81 or 82 250r?

No thats correct for tecate's uni-trak suspension. Its an 86 tecate frame. The dogbone is the adjustable rod in the back of it.
