No fire? If so and you think it is in the CDI, take it off and smack it on the concrete a few times. Don't just tap it, smack the crap out of it. I bet you will get spark again. The TRX 300's are terrible about this. Seen one or two 250s do it and my TRX 125 does it too. My 125 was so bad I beat the CDI on the concrete like 20 times before ever getting spark. Has ran great ever since and up until it lost spark altogether it had gotten very weak and at wide open would cut out.
