1985 KXT 250 Tecate - kx cylinder, kx ignition, bassani headpipe, answer silencer, v-force reeds, 38mm airstyker carb, +2 franks swinger, raptor rear shock.

    1996 YSF240 Blaster - maxxed out!!!

Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "HOLY SH-T, what a ride!"

It always had reverse. But at 425 pounds i cant help but wonder, its a bit on the heavy side being 75 pounds more then the yfz, its almost 50 pounds more then the 08 model.

If i saw that picture without reading the article or being close enough to read the decals i would think that its an ltr450. I wonder if they will change the 450 design.

Suzuki has gone to curb weights instead of the traditional dry weights, the new LTZ should weigh within 5lbs of the '08 model. Most of the manufactures are going to this method of weighing the machine as its much closer to real world than dry weights which don't include any liquid what so ever including shock oil.

Now fuel injected. Not sure if that's a good thing or bad. My sled is FI and it limits what I can do to it without getting a pricey chip.
