Other than the rear brakes what are the differences? Is the carb, jetting, reeds, pipe and specs the same?

Mainly the 81 has a rear drum brake and the 82 has a rear disc brake. I know the 81 has 3 bolt rims and I think the 82 has 4 bolt rims so the front and rear hubs will be different.

The frame, swingarm, front rotor, hubs, wheels, airbox, handle bar switches and controls are different from 81-82. The frame and swingarm because of the disc brake rear, front rotor is drilled on an 82, airbox sucks through the frame instead of under the seat.

The rear fender is slightly different as well because of the airbox under the seat

Other smaller or lesser known companies, such as Tiger ATV, Franks, and Cagiva, produced racing three wheelers, but in much smaller numbers. Few of these machines are known to exist today and are highly sought by collectors.
