    atc 110 motor in a 70 roller/?

    i have an atc 110 i dont ride and would like to put that motor in a 70 roller. is that possible? if so how hard?

    yes its possible,,, its not a direct bolt in but its pretty easy,,,

    Well anything is possible with Kasey, thats for sure. But it will fit with just minor adjustment, no welding skills necessary.

    how minor are the changes? and does this sound like a good idea? if any one has done the before let me know thanks

    Yeah, many people have done that swap. The worst part is the chain sizes are different and some people live with that but it can throw the chain.

    That looks to be a lifan 125cc motor, or one like it. Those are the most popular swaps out there as they are direct bolt ones with extras. Some come with E start or kick starter or both. Must nicer than dealing with the recoil.

    Mine was a direct bolt up. I didn't have any chain problems and even the exhaust would have been a bolt up it I had wanted it to be.
    It took me about 2 hours to make the mock up and then another 1 hour for the electronics clean up. Of course it didn't look like this but it started right up and ran Great and with speeds of 38MPH it is fun to drive.
