the 86 frame is basicly the same as far as throwing all your stuff on it

I think I read somewhere that one of the top motor mount bolts are a diffrent diameter. but I didnt run into any problems. then again.. I used a bolt kit from thefasterguy.

Yes the 86 frames have all of the bolts in the top/front motor mount the same 10mm size, and on the 85's the frame has 8mm sleeves and the motor is still 10mm. It will work if you dont want to drill the mounts out with the smaller bolts. Other than that the grab bar mounts differently and everything else should line up and fit 100% until you get into barrowing rear brake parts and carriers, TC...
