2 stroke motors

Hey guys I was going through some older posts on the forum here and there was one that someone mentioned that 2 stroke motors like to run at full throttle. I tried that with the 250R today at SL and it seemed to like it. Pulled very strong and was nice. Is it bad to give it full throttle pretty much everywhere I go on the dunes ??

Second thing, would it be bad to get the case, jug and head chrome plated ??

they like to run at full throttle, just not for hours. i would only get the case plated. anything else might get too hot and hurt the plating.
