ok i have had the triz for a while now well since christmas but jus got the parts so that i can get the thang going. its an 85 z, stock engine, but everything is tore down compleatly i know how to work on them but as far as adding power i dont know jack. i have a bore kit to put in but any thing else that could give me power please add to this forum oh yea i also have boyesen reeds but thas it. i dont have any pictures yet but give a day or two and ill show you what i got so far.

If it's power you are looking for, Sprock ( TRITecate350) is the guy you want to talk to. He has what you need from billet intakes and V-Force 3 reeds to billet cool heads and 330 Big bore kits. do a search for some of his products. I have his head, reeds, intake, and just pre-ordered one of his big bore kits!

ok i jus ordered the the ytz 450 shrouds that derrick adams modded they are yellow i have black rear and front fenders but i was thinking of going with a 250 r front so what is your thoughts of yellow front, shrouds, and frame with black rear and air box cover or any other sugestions need help guys

these are the gold wheels i bought for 50 bucks(set of three) stock exhaust whitch need to be re blasted whitch btw what coating should i use on it if i get it chromed i was told i have to weld the ends shut but idk. the front fender and rear tires are in great condition and the funny thing is they were give to me, so that worked out in my favor that is a boxk of hoses and other small stuff and lastly that is the axel and what ever else you call it i jus got the bearing is it and sealed up so yea im off to a good start with comming up with part should have more comming in from ebay either today or tommoro well see

im still waiting for my swing arm bearings to come in its been almost 2 weeks still nothing yet. also does anybody have any yellow rears i can get perty cheap would realy appreicate it thanx

ok its been a while since ive updated this page so here are a few of the things i have bought for the z.
dunlop kt765... 2 rear looking for a front and a set of polished rims im wanting 10" wheels and what ever size will fit the front.
led tail light
yz450 shrouds (thanx again derrick)
yz450 front brake master cylinder
all balls swing arm bearings (thanx again dads)
coil
brake guard
seat from sinbad46
gold chain (if any knows were i can get a colored chain i will sell this on cheap)
rear master cylinder rebuild kit
and more parts in the mail
im still lookin for a bottom end for the z or a kicker side cover i know somebody is bound to have one so if some one could spare one it would greatly help
ill get pics of what i ahve so far asap

Those flavored chains are all over ebay. I think I paid around $50 for that yellow oring I had on my Z a while back.
You can most likely get them from your local parts place as well.

For more power, go with a 39pwk carb, sprock intake w/v-force reed cage and aftermarket pipe and silencer. If you need handlebars, the pro taper "atv high" bend is very close to a stock z bar. Prm products makes some nice aluminum grab bars. For a really nice seat cover, contact Tammy at Cosmic Quads. Also, there are a bunch of Banshee parts that will interchange with the Z.

chris i found those chains thanx little more pricey than stock but i have to get one
clutch, thanx for the info but were can i find one of those grab bars and btw i already have a set of pro taper bars but thanx anyway
