when i first start my 250sx it knocks pretty bad untill it warms up then stops and seems like it is running really hot i can feel it on my leg to the point i have to stop after about 20 min. i changed the oil,does anyone know what this might be

Did the knocking start before you changed the oil?

The 85's are known to have some crank failures....
Was it ever run low on oil? and was the oil filter put back in the right way?
Get a long screwdriver, stick the big end on your ear and place it around the running engine. You should be able to narrow down where the knocking is coming from.
