    1982 250R top speed?

What would be the top speed of an 82 R' stock?

Looks like the deal is struck and I should have my 82 R' later this week! 80 bucks. LOL!

Maybe I'll jack this one up and make another chopper?! J/K - this one is going as low to the ground as possible!

But yeah, stock top speed anyone? Just to get an idea anyway - the one I'm buying has been bored over so I dunno if it will be a touch quicker then stock or not.

So - compared to say my 250 Big Red - how much of a power difference am I looking at? Like, will I jump on this thing and pin it thru 5 gears and be like 'JESUS CHRIST - compared to my big red this thing is insane!' or will it just be a subtle difference?

AND - how will this thing stand up to say my buddies Kawasaki 700 Utility quad or a 750 Brute Force?

A BIG power difference.Compared to your big red, It will be the first reaction you said.I know when i first got mine it scared the *Edited**Edited**Edited**Edited* outa me it accelerated so fast. My R compared to my 400 the R just is a absolute monster. I have raced my neighbors 2008 Polaris 500 H.O. and smoked him..You will probly be ahead of the quads until you top out.

The difference between the R and your big red would be like driving a Cavalier and then getting into a Corvette.

Are 400ex hubs the only ones that will fit?

You will love it, I mean for $80 how can you go wrong.

You must not have a conscience. I know I would feel bad for for stealing from someone like that
