Pacesetter three wheeler?

Are they worth anything, where did they come from? Here is a pic of one that I found for sale

they were made in the late 70's by a company that went out. Pacesetter made the first 5 wheeler and when going out sold the rights to Deere. Its how the Gator was made pretty much.

Seen a few on the forums and for sale. I think less than 400 were sold, dunno about worth though.

Well it looks like there really isn't any info on these things. I searched google and found nothing. Searched 3ww and didn't find too much either. Does anyone know what these are worth? They want $225 for the one in the pic. Not sure I want to pay that much.
