yamaha 200e timing!

any1 know how to set it? i don't know what to align the T mark with.... any1?

Align the T mark with the space in the cover hole. Then align the pointer on the top of the head with the line on the cam chain sprocket. As for the actual timing, it is fixed.

Yep it is the plug over the stator plate. Tell me something, how did you torque down all those crazy allen head bolts on the head/cylinder down properly? I'm wondering how I'm gonna torque them down when I get back to that point... :?

thanks, my allen head set does it just fine.... then i will rig it up to a torque wrench and test it.... get a torque wrench and get a felling of how much is too much.... ive done it soooo much in last couple of yaers that i know how much is 65 and down...... don't really mess with anything above that.....
