Dirt Drags LLC Fabulous track Vids to come

1upfront and I went to Fairplain ,West Virginia last night to do some drag racing. The name of the track is ATV Dirt Drags llc. They have the most professionally run best groomed all around nicest track I have ever seen in my life. It is totally awesome! After each run they announce the names of the racers their times and mph. The turnout wasn't as big as I've seen at other tracks but it is definitely worth the time it takes to get there. Here is a link to their website.

1upfront won the 0-350cc 2stroke class. It consisted of trx250rs and banshees. He ran consistent 5.2s @ 58-62 mph. He only lost one round when his hand slipped off of the handlebar. For some reason it wouldn't shift into 5th gear under full power so he had to make a last minute gearing change, so that he wouldn't need 5th gear , and then change the jetting to compliment the gear change. I think he would have run faster times with the gearing that he had to start with. It just didn't get the best launches with the taller gears. I guess it really didn't matter that much. I'll post up some vids when I get a chance.

Mosh Geared up on his Z and now launches in First. He says it is faster, but leaves more room for error off the line.

It is two hours from us . It is 35 miles south of Parkersburg just off of I77. It is actually a very easy drive. Well worth the time it takes to get there. We ran into one of the guys who raced one of the outlaw banshees at Thunder Valley there too. He won the outlaw class last night.

Here are the vids! The first are some practice runs. You can hear it jump out of 5th gear in these runs. We had to do a quick gear change so that he could run it out the back in 4th.

here are a couple of the elim runs.

    Here are more elims.

I have a few more uploading, post up later.

Heres a vid of the races I ran the 0-350 2stroke class the announcer flubs up and calls it the 250 class, the track was sweet though they announced times and mph, my fastest time of the night was a 5.2 at 61 mph and I couldn't even get a perfect launch all night.

Looks like a top notch facility, and love the videos you guys put up. I'd love to make a pass down a track like that. But with Banshees like that, it's gotta be smooth to be fast.. Glad to hear your bike is running well.

Nice video's, It looks like he raced the same Banshee every run. The bike looks fast and he looks like he got his holeshot better after a few big wheelies. You guys need some more competition.

The first video with the wheelies were practice runs. There were three passes in elims against the banshee. Yes we need more competition. Bring it on people.
