My new wheels...

08 Ninja 650R, just bought it yesterday. Anybody else got one? I haven't got a chance to open it up yet....still got quite some miles to put on it before I can crank on it. From what I've read though supposed to be able to run the 1/4 in 11.7 and 0-60 in just over 3 seconds....will be by far the fastest vehicle I've ever owned. What I really like though is fuel injection...no more gay-ass carbs to deal with. I do wish the tank was a little bigger though....only 4.1 gallons, combined with the "supposed" 51MPG I guess I can go about 200 miles. Anyways...enjoy the pics...

nice... to bad I cant fit on a 600!! over the years sport bikes have shrunk... I wnet looking last year and trully the only thing I felt comfortable on was a busa... but I didnt want all that.. I think I may look for a old 900 ninja (94-96) I had a new one in 95 and loved it!

This one really ain't too bad. How big are you? I'm 6'1'', 240, size 13 shoe, and this bike fits me perfect. Now if I try say a Ninja ZX6R, or GSXR 600 etc, not comfortable at all...my foot is too big to shift it, and I look like an idiot trying to sit on it I'm all cramped up etc. I didn't really like the busa for two reasons, felt like I was sitting on a tank, and too expensive haha. Plus I knew I'd kill myself.
