My GF came home and told me one of the guys that came in saw the picture of her riding my big red and mentioned he had a 87 250r three wheeler, she asked for the color and he said its white in the back plastic, tank plastic, and also the front plastic and the brake covering is white rest is red or black on the bike. My GF is a customer service girl so she could only ask while he waited for his debit card to be cancelled, but other than those above she asked him if he was sure its a 250r, he said he was sure because it looks like his brothers 86 and their tags say 86 and 87, she then asked where he got it from, he said his dad bought them both in Canada in January or Feb of 1987 for him and his wife to ride. Before he left, he told her that the gas tank is different from his brothers bike and other than the white plastic parts, thats all he can think of thats different.
She gave him our e-mail so maybe we can go riding sometime. I have seen the 250r in the 87 line up, but never a pic of it in person., so I thought this was something to post.
If he e-mails us, I will ask more.
