Needle Jet Set question?...

i bought a new needle jet set, my question is how do you remove
the small jet from inside the carb? this is the jet set i bought from
dratv...

the piece i am talking about is the 2nd piece from the right in the pic above.

OR, will the existing one work? use all pieces except that one? would it work?
if not... how to easily remove the old one?
