I had to have my cylinder bored over because of a blown top end. It had to be bored over .050. The cylinder had never been done, how much can you bore a cylinder over before you have to replace it or resleave it? Just curious. Thanks

While i am not positive on the older models (i think they go to .100, dont take my word though), i know the liquid cooled machines can get .120 over (269 or 270cc).

Thanks for the feedback, I got the new bored out jug installed but I'm having issues now, I think it's with the carburator?
