Question Need help with rear shock

I just went out to the garage to take the ole 350X for a short blast in the back yard and noticed that my rear shock is totally blown. It's fine on the rebound but junk on the bound, UUUUUGH!!!! I just acquired a swing arm, shock, and axle for an 86 TRX 250R. My question is does anyone know if the 86trx 250r shock will fit an 85 350x? thanks
