    Best Dune Tire for 3 wheeler....what about two stroke 250cc?

    Does anyone have any imput on this...

    I am looking at the:

    1) V shaped paddle

    2) Gecko Paddle

    1994 KTM 550 MXC (yes its a two stroke...66 hp stock!)

    V or wedge paddle tires are all around good sand tires. They allow the best mobility. Straight are pretty much for straight lines (hill and drag racing)

    Geckos are decent tires. They dont have the best hookup out there, but there is nothing wrong with them. I dont suggest them for drag racing, but for all around riding they are good.

    I have a set of gbc sand sharks on douglas aluminum black label (.160) rims on ebay right now. They have never been used or even mounted. Look under seller kkirkens.

    I like the Geckos...You get the best of both worlds w/ them.
