Also broke the pull rope on the 185S and installed the Hondaline trailer hitch I found in my pile on the 200.

Yesterday I finally "finished up" (as much as I'm going to right now) the restore of Zach's atc70.
Bought this about 8 months ago and the kids have had a blast riding around the backyard. Then it began running like crap and because I was so wrapped up in the other bikes they lost interest and it sat for some weeks.
2 weeks ago I decided that I would tear her down and redo it.
Ended up powder coating everything but the bars. Bought a new carb from DRATV for $50 and cleaned up the head and honed the cylinder. Was going to buy a new seat cover but Zach kept insisting he wanted a blue seat. I kept explaining that we wanted the nice stock black seat but he wasn't having any of it. Finally went to JoAnne Fabrics (in disguise) and picked up some marine vinyl and voila Blue Seat. Runs like new and he just loves it. Only thing I need is the kill switch and right now the choke works just as well.
Check out the pictures in my signature.....
Here is a quick video from last night around the backyard....its dark but you can hear her purr quite nicely.

i just finished all the upgrades on my 250sx (200x front end, wheel, brakes, forks, clamps and all) just need to fill the lines with fluid and im done.
that is what i think of non 3-wheelers
Went to go for a ride today - but the bike wouldn't start. Made a couple 'efforts' but just wouldn't start.
So I pull the plug - it's wet. No spark. Slap a new plug, test for spark and it's there. Luckily enough - as I'm putting the plug in a van arrives. PARTS GUY!
Had the bike started I woulda missed him and it woulda been a couple days before he showed up with my parts again. Funny stuff.
Anyways - more three wheeler parts today? he says 'I sure hope so' - I say.
He stays in the shed with me as I open the box - looks at my trikes and quad and admires the shed but really is impressed with the little 250R. Told me his brother had one just like back in '83 I think the year was' he said. 'Bought it brand new - it was just too fast for him and he let it sit for 10 years then sold it for 500 bucks'
OMFG.
Told me the bike didn't have ONE scratch on it and also had some custom stuff ordered from Honda - I'm guessing hondaline gear. He said it was ordered with all the bells and whistles. Guy wanted a Big Red for hunting but bought an R instead - wtf right? Anyways - no luck in finding out where it went.
Enough chit-chat I thought to myself - I wanted to see what the trike gods had delivered to me today - open the box and voila!
20 seconds later I'm draining my old tank and pop this baby on!
*warning - lot's o' pics!*
With rear fenders -
It might not look like much to you guys - some of you have some very clean fancy trikes. But this is my daily rider - my fun trike. The only 250R in my town.
And she has come a lon way, IMHO, from the lil 50 dollar trike I brought home that first day!
Day 1
I know I post alot and stick alot of pictures in here and ask alot of noob questions but I'm just addicted to trikes now and it's fun to have a thread like this to show what you've done and how your project(s) are coming along.
Thanks for looking. Feedback welcome!

Today I figured I would try to recover my 82 seat myself since I can't find anyone locally to do it.
While out there I decided to move the needle clip up and lean her out and see if it helps with plug fouling.
Anyways -
No, it didn't come out perfect. But it will serve the purpose and now I can finally ride with rear fenders! Yay.

Just been buying parts lately. Scored an entire 200x front end on ebay from a local seller tonight for fifteen bucks. A good 250r rear axle for fifteen bucks and a couple one dollar parts. Picked up progressive front and rear R springs recently too. Got lots of goodies to put on the R if I ever find time. Just for the R I have a set of non-broken OEM rear fenders, +2 westcoast, billet dual row carrier, prm skid plate, progressive fork and rear shock springs (gonna send out a rear shock to get rebuilt to go with the new spring), probably more but that's all I can think of right this second.
Then of course I have that ground up 200x build going on.
Went for a ride today and my chain popped off. I was going kinda slow at the time, thankfully.
I put it back on - not sure why it came off but I'm gunna guess it's because my swingarm is a lil to the right and needs new bearings.
Told ya man i wouldnt ride that bike like that spend ya 30$ and get it done right my 350x's axle was ruined from bad barings because the bearing race was sliding on the axle instead of the bearings and it wore groves into it and the axle was a waste, new bearings still wobbles around .

Goin to prove you can polish a turd "so far it takes a lot of cash to buff that brown out'
There are bearing kits on ebay. Bikerchic has resonable prices. Bought a R Vesra gasket set form her. Once you get the swinger off either press out orout the bearings using a large socket. Press in the bearings or tap them in very easily using the same socket. Take note where the original bearings are before you remove them. Might want to replace the swinger bolt bearings too. Thats enough info to get you in trouble. lol
3 CR500R's and counting. Do I really need 4???
Do I really need 9 Tigers?

DO NOT send any thing to whats his face (dirt-face/crasher) here on the board. What a scum bag. He screwed (stole) money from me and screwed me on my ME360 and Hondaline 300R engine rebuilds.
