    Try orange degreaser and a scotch brite pad. Resort to some light wet-dry sand paper, like 600 grit or maybe 400 if plan A fails.

    Depends how bad it is, I usually can get most anything out with a sos pad. But if its really stained bad I would just wet sand it up to 2500 grit, thats if your plastics are already dull though. I wouldnt suggest either if there new and shiny.
