    ATC70 colors - Thoughts??

    Yeah yeah, I did some searchin! And I am a big fan of keeping colors close to OEM or whatever works with tanks that fade or look crappy etc etc. But I gotta dress up the new 70 and build it up over the winter.

    Like my 250SX, I like the red fenders and a white tank, but the white yellows bad so I swapped to white fenders and a red tank and I'm pretty happy with it. But dealing with finding a nice metal tank is near impossible! EBAY tanks are all lies, it's much better to buy from an honest 3WW member because we all know WHATS UP!

    So..... I went to MAIER's site and they only seem to offer red ATC70 fenders. On EBAY I found blue and carbon fiber black - gotta be white ones out there too! So, at this point I'm not even sure WHAT colors are avalailable, maybe the odd colored ones I'm seeing are custom order colors that people forked the $$ out for???????????????????

    So what do you think would look nice? I may have a tank I can fix and paint, thats a big factor as the plastic tanks limit you. Maybe a white tank with those dark blue fenders would look sweet??

    Any thoughts or pictures of your choice people? I know what DEEPA's gonna do, but "mums" the word on his stuff for now.

    I'd like to see some Black, Blue and red schemes and of course, your personal thoughts Whattchya got!!??

    dude you in luck!! there are a couple of guys making fiberglass replicas,, on ebay $110 PLUS SHIPPING,,, AND THEY ARE AWESOME!!! they don't have any on there now but get ahold of them,,, so far all good reviews too,,,

    Blue and silver will be the scheme for mine. Just like my MX bike. Silver frame and seat. Blue plastics and what not. Should be sweet. I need to find some nice little track tires for it with some chrome rims.

    With that said. I think a carbon fiber one would look bad as bad can be.
