BGM, you will have No problem running the 175!!! If you take the baffle out and do like you said with the airbox, you will be GOLDEN. I have a 175 main In my 06 TRX with the stock exhaust, baffle pulled out, and airbox lid removed.

Ordered the K&N this morning with the 175 main.
I did cut 4 more 2 inch holes in the front of the lid and have been running without the baffle in the WB pipe. It is definately stronger with the baffle out. Reason I say this is the front end can be brought up much easier in the higher gears.
Cannot wait to run the new filter and bigger main!

Picking up a full set of Razrs soon to replace the stockers. (which have held up better then I ever imagined, just got a flat last week)
Did some more trail riding this evening. Stopped to look at a coyote track and snapped some pics of the quad.
Yote track, following moose and their calves.
Got the neutral and temp light moved. Going to get a new hood soon and pull the headlight too.

I know i've said it before, but man is that some beautiful country up there! I'm jealous of the fact you can actually wear tires out. Considering the fact there are no more places to ride where i live, you have a very good problem....
We have some stunning scenery TZ, lots more then I'll ever get to see in my life time.
Got stock size Razr's put on Monday. I'm away until the 1st so the misses is getting all the ride time on "her" R.![]()
