just added a suzuki alt50 to the fleet

my free score! i was helping my girlfriends friend move some furniture and appliances and notice the lil yellow trike in the corner of here storage unit. asked her what she was doing with it and she said if you want it it's yours. i was so excited i loaded it in the back seat of my jetta. it's pretty much complete minus the recoil starter and gas cap. seems to have compression, havent checked for spark yet. i'm looking for parts so if you have or know where to find some please let me know. i have a baby on the way and i want to have him or her riding this thing when he turns 2 lol....

That looks clean. These are fun little machines. I bought a new carb on Ebay and mine runs like brand new. Definately recommend doing the carb.

Rear fenders were from bdawgs plastics. I bought them for an late 80"s LT50 four wheeler as they do not make any parts for the ALT's anymore. Take care of that front fender as they are impossible to get. The last one I saw was on Ebay for $700. I wet sanded mine and brought it back to almost new. Decals are still available on ebay and try bikebandit.com for the recoil parts. They have just about everything you will need. You can get a brand new carb on ebay for $95. I highly recomend this. I had the old one on fo rabout 1 yr and replaced it with the new one. Runs like the day it was sold.
