I've got an '85 200x and when I got the rear sprocket was pretty loose, I tightened the bolts that bolt to the sprocket hub, and that helped alot, but it came loose again, what's up with this, and what can I do to fix it?

Try some new bolts and lock-tite.

The bad thing on those axles is, there are rubber biscuits that the sprockets pass through. When those rubber biscuits get worn out or damaged, that axle is pretty much done. Check the rubber biscuits that the bolts pass through to see what kind of condition they are in.
