im still ridin a rigid rear trike and my dam back is sore! it comes stock with and currently has 22 inch tires. will a set of 25s ride alot better? i know the hondas had em stock i think.

The 250 big reds had 25" tires stock
2 plys have more give than 6 plys
2 psi has more give than 15psi
I dont think it matters what size they are just how you have them set up
