    200x carb ??

    ok i have a k&n filter on the bike it was on when i got it, my question is if i take off the airbox lid will i have to rejet the carb to compensate for the increased airflow, it was rejeted for the filter itself but that was with the lid on. if i do need to rejet what would you guys recomend?? thanx to all who repli

    I would recomend leaving the lid on..and swaping the K&N for Uni...the K&N allows for "better"air flow and more dirt!! yes you would have to rejet removing the air box lid but agian letting more dirt in the motor..thats just my two sence..........

    if i took the lid off i would have a outterwear on it, i ride in realy dusty conditions and my carb never gets dirt in i, any body have any recomendations as to what i should jet it to if i take the lid off??t
