no its not acidic at all completely safe and enviormentally friendly, you can wash your hands in the stuff, pour it down the drain, dump it in the yard, etc. Plus it can be reused over and over. It eventually loses effectiveness though, good for about a year or so. does not eat metal, or rubber.

How long did you have to dip the parts before you got results?
    3 CR500R's and counting. Do I really need 4???
Do I really need 9 Tigers?

DO NOT send any thing to whats his face (dirt-face/crasher) here on the board. What a scum bag. He screwed (stole) money from me and screwed me on my ME360 and Hondaline 300R engine rebuilds.

it depends on the amount of rust, and if you do any prep, but for heavy rust anywhere from 8 to 24 hours. if you scrape /sand the loose flakey stuff off first it works faster.

that link you posted is not the same product i used, but thats where i originally found it. searched further to find the best price, and found Purely USA, had it the cheapest, same name different container, exact same description. I asked the guy on the phone about this, and he said they hold the patent, but other companies sell the same formula, but will add a dye or somthing to change the color. Dont know how true it is but I'm sure they work the same.

As for the inside of my tank, I removed the petcock, pluged it up and dumped the gallon in. Let it sit for about 36 hours because i had to keep rotating the tank to get every area. It would have taken half the time if i had enough to fill the tank right up. I did put a crap load of 1/4" nuts in with some kerosene and shook it around for awhile to get any loose flakey stuff out. I really wish I had some pics, you will never use cream, or red coat again.
