What to do about a tank with rust inside? Washed it out real good but still some particals still remain. I looked inside with a flashlight and it was pretty rusty.

Let it soak with a strong mix of CLR most of it should come out.

put ball bearings in it that are too big to go in the reserve tube and ride it like that unless you have the tank off then just put a few in there and shake like crazy but not too hard to dent your tank. usually works halfway decent

I soaked my ATC 70 in muriatic acid and it came out the next day with no rust left! It was BAD too!!
EDIT - DANGER DANGER Will Robinson - don't get that acid on your or esp. in your eyeballs!!!!!!!!!!!!
