lets start a thread to see what is a straight up swap for 1st to 2nd generation 200x. im curious what will work i have an 86 and parts are hard to come by. if u can modify a part to fit state it as well.

Front brake , rear wheels (front is diff pattern) , front forks swap but the first gen is 3/4 inch shorter , rims on rear of 86-87 are 9" 83-85 are 8" but still 4 on 110 thats abought it for dirrect swaps. head light assembly will swap if you have it all.

No offense bud but - We've done it many many times.
Do a search and it will reveal most of it..... There is very little.
Forks, brake calipers, fron master cylinder, rims and tires - not much at all...... Maybe a toolbox, maybe a tailight - NO MOTOR PARTS OR ACCESSORIES at all swap!! Cept the spark plug
Very few other models swap to the 2nd generation from anything else.
Captain cobble the plastic, tank or rear axle - but they don't direct swap.
All our government does is distract us while they steal from us, misspend our tax $ and ruin our country

Axle is technically a direct swap.

Hubs swap dont they. Fork caps do but are different styles. Levers, bars, gas cap, fork boots, and I think thats all I have.
