Even less places to ride now

I have even less riding now. Rausch Creek is closing down the mx park. So now for me to ride my atv's, I have Atco, e-town(days before race), Blue Diamond, Landing mx or Breezewood. I haven't heard anything about Irish Valley recently. None of those places advertise they allow trikes. E-town has in the past and trikes have been seen at breezewood. Its not looking good for me. It appears that my dirtbikes are gonna get even more riding. Why???? Is it this bad for the rest of you guys???? I ride my atv's now probably once every 1-2 months, and with this, even less. I might have to change to xc riding, atleast then I can go to Rausch Creek trail riders(tower city) with my trikes.

Why in the world are they closing down? Oh I know, $65 a day scared people off. What a shame.
And that's the rest of the story. ~ Paul Harvey

something about commercial business on the property. Aparently the land is worth alot and with little that the mx park is doing, its more profitable to build some commercial buildings.

I hear you loud and clear. Having to move from Port Elizabeth to Tower City was painful and has been hard on the bikes. I switched to dirtbikes for a while until my YZ was stolen and am now back to the threewheelers. I used to ride across the street from my house until the park rangers took over and patol it every day.

come race on the ice with us this winter!!!

Those rangers can be bad at times. I run into them every 5-6 months, Wayne Tucison without a doubt has to be the worst. He is an a-hole supreme, rude, nasty and questions everything. He was wondering how I got a 2 stroke dirtbike registered and inspected. He was pissed, he was sitting at my truck for almost 3 hours waiting for me to come back, just to find he couldn't get a ticket on me!!!!!!!!!! The rangers in colliers mill don't even bother to sit at my truck anymore, they all know it, one also sat for almost 3 hours, to find 100% legal. One day in colliers mill, I got stopped 4 times, first was reg/ins/license, second was inpection, third was everything. The 4th time I said, "I'm getting stopped again", the l guy said this is the 4th time for you?? I told him to ask to female ranger, she stopped me twice and knows me by now. He asked her if she knows the orange ktm dirtbike who is wearing this" ", she said, he's fine got checked 3 times already. Coming back was something else, I saw 3 rangers and 1 or 2 state troopers, I stopped, sat there a minute. Honked the horn, the rangers waived to me. The guys on atvs that were getting lots of papers were complaining, "how come you aren't stopping that guy sitting there on a dirtbike, how is a dirtbike any different than an atv", the ranger said "he has the right paperwork", But its an f###ing dirtbike, Ranger said "I don't know how or want to know how, but he has everything ligit".

Don't you need to be reg/insured? Thats kinda a problem for me, a custom frame w/o a vin on it. I mostly ride my dirtbikes now, atv's are rarely ridden. Being reg/ins/inpected w/ motorcycle license allows me to ride in a nice variety of places and almost all of its legal. I'm hoping that will change, one place might allow my trike(owner needs to watch me riding before he will give me the O.K). And Wicky's World will definetly allow it, they are looking forward to seeing a trike rider who can hang with the quads and do most/all the jumps.

My crf450r powered trike should be done by then. Its gonna use a crf gas tank, gonna buy crf radiators and bracket(current, easy to get stuff), crf shrouds, 95 cr250r forks(gotta send the money for them to be finished), cr front brake and rotor, trx450r rear suspension(easy, current parts), trx brake pedal and master, cr250r front master, flexx bars, 400ex rear fender/seat. The guy is gonna try to use trx450r airbox and tube(again, easy, current parts). The custom parts will be the frame, tripples, exhaust and various brackets(motor mounts, brake master, etc). The old parts will be a short list, front hub, axle, rear caliper and axle parts. The 200x custom frame will be very similar. Both will have adjustable steering stops and I will see if he can put lay back the top of the radiator(for use of a short track type setup). The 200x custom will have unlimited turning, no radiator and same clearance = mucho steering cut. The 200x custom I will vary between a stock tank and 2-3? gallon tank. Crf powered will almost exclusivly use the stock 1 gallon tank.
