Those new KTM 525's are freakin nasty! The day I can afford to buy a 12,000 quad and chop it up into a trike, is the day you will see it.

What you photo-shopped is what TPC Trikes is all about. We have already Built A Honda based 450 Trike by grafting the TRX 450 with the CRF 450. We will be offering conversion kits soon. Our web site will be done and up by Jan 09.

Bill has already thought about several other Trikes. Included are, KTM, Yamaha, or Suzuki 450 four stroke, Honda 650/700 four stroke, and a Honda 250 four stroke.

We have been asked about building Some others as well. Such as, Suzuki 500 two stroke, KTM 360 Two stroke, and a Honda 400 four stroke. When our web site is up we will conduct a poll on our message board to determine the most interest.

Keep in mind this all depends on the success of our TPC 450R kits. These kits are not cheap to produce or purchase. It is one thing to dream about such a trike but another to build it. All of our Trike conversions use current same year bike/quad technology. The few non production based parts needed are manufactured by us.

The question is not IF something can be done but, who can, and will pay for it.

I would love a 450 kit but like you said the kit is gonna cost some money then you need the bike and 4-wheeler parts. Ouch.

new 450 engines honestly don't run you that much more than a 350x engine...I know...I've been searching around lately.

1200 can get you a nice engine that needs a rebuild...that ain't bad at all.
