    help with carb rebuild

i tried to clean my yamaha 225 dx carb.
i took everyting apart, and sprayed PB blast through all passages.
and i used it to clean the jets, needles ect.
i know that the float and needle work because when i turn the fuel one i can see that gas goes through the hose and fills up the bowl.
YET...i still get NO gas into the cylinder!
spraying starting fluid into the carb i get it to fire some, but i cant seem to get gas though the carb!
any ideas on what im doing wrong???

Jets are on the very bottom, once you remove the bowl. The screw that you are seeing is the a/f screw.

I will usually spray some GumOut in a little container and then soak the jets in there.
