what is the difference in these motors? I am going to buy a bunch of 200X parts and the guy is including a complete 200SX motor, just wasn't sure if any of it is the same as a 200X motor!

Similar to the 86/87 200X but not identical.....
Top end swaps but not too sure that anything else does.

yes, the 200sx has an electric start, top ends do swap i believe, bottom ends are different though, 200sx is semi auto, and i think the mounts are slightly different, people have used the 200sx engine in auto x builds and from what i have heard, only minor modifications are needed

Besides semi auto, the 200sx has an electric start with pullstart back up with manual decompression release. The major differance is that its a 5 speed with reverse.
