Stick this in your "UTILITY VEHICLE" pipe and smok

I finally got my 87 SX "utility vehicle" up and running. It's the smoothest SX I've ever had. Took all my best parts for this one and white plastic to make it authentic is on it's way. All new bearings and seals, every cable - grommet and bushing, 200X front forks, MSR alum bars,Cobra exhaust and Dirt Devil tires. Thanks to a few EBAY auctions and a couple of friends on this board with some cheap parts - Kimmer, Tony S and Steve from Southwick hooked me up nice with the 87 bare chassis with a motor.
I've been building this track for years and it's finally getting good. This is one of the more technical sections I built on the track - you actually land on a table top or can clear it but it's hard to see in this photo. As long as you can land on a downslope of another jump on an SX you can clear it just like the best of them.

Nope the one in my avatar is now a 10 foot tall monster - muddytrikegirl is upset as that was her favorite jump but it's a bit intimidating now. I have 10 jumps overall and although that may not sound like much - take 3 laps and try to clear all the jumps - a lap takes just under a minute. Every corner has at least a 3' tall berm.

Started this all with pick axes and shovels, then I got a backhoe - at least 2000 hrs on this track and hundreds of yards of dirt.

Here's a shot of another tabletop.

I had two 16yr olds here this weekend and it was the first time I really RODE the track with them. Just like everything I do, I refuse to use it until it's the way I like it. These kids ripped it up for hours on Sat and Sun and the track shows very little wear. I mixed clay and sand with loom and came up with some decent dirt. Can you imagine when I went to the pit and said "I need to order dirt for a MX track, what do you have?" LOL - had to be there!!
Anyhow it just seems like trikes and quads don't tear it up too bad but those dam dirtbikes!!
