    200e Idle's High

    I Went Through The Carb Three Times,i Let It Soak In Gas Over Night,then Cleaned Each Jet,blew The Carb And Jets With High Air Pressure And Still The Bike Is Idling High,i Tried Setting The Idling Screw But It Does Nothing,then I Adjusted The Needle Up,down.still Idles High.

    Try adjusting the throttle cable. Maybe the cable is already pulling the slide up. Here's the page from the service manual.

    Throttle cable would be my guess too.

    Throttle cable or intake leak.

    also did you check the slide screw? if your sitting on the trike, and you hold your right arm up, that's the right side. look at that side of the carb, and there's a screw in the side. that screw is as adjuster for idle. tien it out about 1/2-1full turn and that should help. it's what holds the slide open more for more air to pass through.
