ok, first off i need a seat pan for a 1973 atc90. i'm pretty sure the atc110's won't work so can somebody please provide pictures of the seat pan that would be correct? i will likely have to fabricate one out of aluminum or something.
next, i know that a lot of parts interchange between the atc90 and the atc110 with the stickier area being the plastic/seat. will the early atc110 plastic fit my 1977 atc90? will the seat pans be the same between the early 110's and later 90's?

The later atc90s and the earlier atc110 will switch back and forth no problem. Basically the only seat that will work on the early atc90 is the seat and pan up to 1974. 75 and later seats and pans won't work.

the 74 and older atc 90's do not have a metal seat pan. The foan just sits against the fenders.

then how does the foam attach to the fender? i know it has the metal plate on each side but how does it attach in the rear? with another metal plate? is the foam the same through all the atc90 years or is the 70-74 foam different as well? anybody got pictures that they can show how it attaches?Originally Posted by jason85atc250r

The first generation us90, 69-74 all use the same seat. 75 and later atc90/110 use almost the same seat the big difference being that those early seats had 2 small flaps that bolted onto the sides of the fenders towards the front to hold the seat front on, I think that was 75-77. I'm pretty sure the 78-82 seats we just bolt on and no flaps to attach the seats in the front. I believe the 83 and later seats were the ones that wrapped around the tank, but not 100% sure about the 83.
