    atc 200 compatability question

    hey all! i have a 1985 200s and a crappy 81 200 parts bike, i am wanting to put new bearings in the 81's rear hub and then transplant it into the 200s? is this possible? thanks

    We found the older trikes axles were the same, but the brake housings were different. If you rebuild it as a unit, it will bolt right in. If you try to mix the best parts (like we did), it will work, but you'll have to sort though and figure out which seals fit. We ended up buying some parts twice because of the housing differences.

    Your best bet is to get a axle and housing from one unit and use that, as topless said.
